1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FacilCare Jr. (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. About FacilCare Jr.
FacilCare Jr. is an online healthcare training platform offering self-paced certification programs including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training, NCLEX exam preparation, and HIV/AIDS awareness and care. We are not a licensed nursing school or accredited educational institution. Our courses are designed to supplement your preparation for state certification exams.
3. Eligibility
To use FacilCare Jr. you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have a valid email address
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with another person. FacilCare Jr. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Course Access
Starter Plan — Upon purchase of an individual course, you receive access to that course for 6 months from the date of enrollment.
Premium Membership — Active subscribers have unlimited access to all courses for the duration of their subscription. Access ends when the subscription is cancelled or payment fails.
Course content, materials, and availability may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
6. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund on individual course purchases if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page within the eligible period.
8. Certification Disclaimer
FacilCare Jr. courses prepare you for state certification exams but do not replace official state licensing requirements. Completion of a FacilCare Jr. course does not guarantee passing any state exam or obtaining employment. Students are responsible for registering and paying for their official state exams through the appropriate licensing body.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, study guides, quizzes, and materials on FacilCare Jr. are the intellectual property of FacilCare Jr. and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any course content without written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Record, download, or redistribute course content
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts
- Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content in any community features
11. Limitation of Liability
FacilCare Jr. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failure to pass a certification exam or inability to obtain employment.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
